Safety and Quality are the cornerstones of our culture at AVE. Whether in busy streets or underground tunnels, our professional engineers, designers and field personnel have been trained to identify hazards and put the protective measures in place necessary to complete the job safely. Our top priority is to make sure that everyone – team members, clients, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers – go home safe to their families every night.

We accomplish this through extensive training and a heightened awareness of safety on the jobsite. We plan, implement, and track our results, always striving for zero injuries. Further, we see how safety is closely tied to quality and productivity, so we integrate our approach with partners and other experts for more impactful training. The bottom line is in our approach: we strive to always be proactive not reactive. Some of the key indicators of our success with safety and quality include:

• Safety trainings and seminars – both in-house and off-site
• Daily project-specific safety reviews on project sites
